Customers are responsible for providing accurate and reachable information. ARFamilyMart shall not be responsible for order or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

3. Product Information & Pricing

All products listed on the website are subject to availability.
Prices, product descriptions, images, and availability may be changed at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment (or confirmation in case of Cash on Delivery, if available).
ARFamilyMart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Return Policy (2 Days Only)

Products purchased from ARFamilyMart are eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, along with the original invoice.
No return requests will be accepted after 2 days of delivery under any circumstances.
ARFamilyMart reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection.

6. Delivery Policy (Selected PIN Codes Only)

ARFamilyMart provides delivery only to selected and serviceable PIN codes.
Fast or express delivery is not available across all locations and applies only to selected PIN codes.
If an order is placed for a non-serviceable PIN code, ARFamilyMart may cancel the order and initiate a refund, if applicable.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Order cancellation may not be allowed once the order is dispatched.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable time frame.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the website, place fake orders, attempt fraud, or engage in any unlawful activity.
Unauthorized copying or use of website content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

ARFamilyMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delivery delays caused by third-party logistics or factors beyond our control.
