Refund policy

At ARFamilyMart.com, refunds are processed in accordance with this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only for products that are approved for return under our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The return request must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • The product must pass quality inspection after it is received by us

No refund will be issued for requests made after 2 days of delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Return request raised after the 2-day return window

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice

  • Non-returnable items (if marked on the product page)

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch (if cancellation is not allowed)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or proof.
After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, as applicable

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

  1. Customer raises a return/refund request within the eligible time period

  2. Product is picked up or returned as instructed

  3. Product undergoes inspection

  4. If approved, the refund is initiated

ARFamilyMart reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request.


5. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable


6. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days

  • Actual credit time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution


7. Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Shipping, delivery, or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • If free shipping was provided, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable


8. Final Decision

All refund decisions made by ARFamilyMart shall be final and binding.
