Cancellation policy

At ARFamilyMart.com, we strive to process and deliver orders quickly. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once an order has been packed, shipped, or dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.

  • To request cancellation, customers must contact customer support immediately after placing the order.


2. Cancellation by ARFamilyMart

ARFamilyMart reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Delivery to non-serviceable PIN codes

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, a full refund (if payment was made) will be initiated.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable unless payment was already collected.


4. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Customers may refer to the Return & Refund Policy (if applicable) after delivery.


5. Final Decision

All cancellation requests are subject to approval, and ARFamilyMart’s decision shall be final.
